subyshare not working

When I access subyshare from the download link, the following message appears and I cannot download.

"Please purchase/renew with this link to download!!!You are not a member of them."

Although "create premium download link" is displayed below this message, when you click on the link the following message is displayed and you will not be able to download.

I don't know why this is happening because my subyshare account is premium.

I've tried several different VPNs but I get the same error. Is there any other solution?

I've checked, you subscribed to normal Subyshare Premium, $15 one. ours is $20 and normally you see it when clicking on the big yellow "HERE" on top of this forum. You have to contact subyshare here :

Explain your issue, and they will tell you what to do.
